For a limited time, you can skip down the yellow brick road with Dorothy and Toto and relive the childhood classic, “Wizard of Oz.”

Tickets are now on sale for the Land of Oz theme park in Beech Mountain, NC. Access to the park in 2019 will only be available on June 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28 and on July 5.

According to the park’s website, guests may be selected at random to play one of the film’s beloved characters, like the Cowardly Lion, Tin Man, or Scarecrow, or among others.

Guests will join Dorothy in her search for the wonderful Wizard during this one-of-a-kind interactive experience. The tour typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour.

The theme park is located in Beech Mountain. Guests will be able to park for the event at the Beech Mountain Resort.

Tickets cost $27.50 (plus taxes & fees) with children 2 and under free. Please note Land of Oz is not wheelchair or stroller friendly due to uneven pathways, staircases, and steep ramps built within the natural terrain of Beech Mountain. ​
