Chef Stephen’s inspiration is simple: to make a favorite traditional southern breakfast staple into a menu item that could be eaten all day. As an avid state fair goer, the solution presented itself in a handheld, deep-fried fashion.
Skytown Beer Co. is also known for their in-house smoked barbecue, and fresh brewed beer that is distributed throughout Wilmington.
