Sure, we have great pizza in town, but Wheelz has brought something new to the table – they bake the pizza ON THE WAY to your house. If that’s not the freshest pizza you can get, we don’t know what is.

With simple, local, organic ingredients, founders Joy Sprenger and Paul Parker have created a culinary creation with crust that satisfies your cravings.
They boast a simple menu with simple ingredients: Classic Cheese Pizza, Margarita Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Sausage Pizza, and a Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie.
“We want to keep it simple for now and expand as we go. We’ll keep it organic and natural, we stand by the integrity of our product,” says Sprenger.
With just a short list of ingredients and menu items, Sprenger and Parker put a lot of their effort into their dough, putting in months of research, trial and error, and even going as far as to hire a “Dough Master” to create the perfect blend of ingredients.
And it paid off.
The foundation for their pizzas is crispy but not burnt, light but substantial, and singular but unifying. The fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and their mastery of gourmet
cheese makes you forget there are only four options on their menu.
“To start off, let’s make it right, make it perfect, we can always expand and add toppings,” says Sprenger.
The pizzas are balanced and complete, with ingredients that work together to create deliciousness without any preservatives, sugars, chemicals, conditioners or stabilizers.
To top it off, they have one of the most amazing chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever had.
Everything on their menu is made fresh, by hand, everyday.
They currently offer two size options: Personal or 14”. The pizzas are baked fresh in their ovens, either aboard their pizza baking/delivery vehicle, or at their commissary location at 2323 S. 17th St..
Pizza can be ordered for delivery over their app, website, or over the phone. You can also order/pick-up at their store location.
Right now, they are open 11 am – 9 pm, Monday – Sunday. They deliver to a large area of Wilmington and intend to expand with more oven-laden-vehicles in the very near future!
