Fort Fisher Summer Concert Series

Fort Fisher Air Force Recreation Area | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. | Details

  • The Fort Fisher Summer Concert Series takes place on the outdoor stage at Fort Fisher Air Force Recreation Area and features a performance by Stephen Gossin & the Righteous Dudes, which specializes in 80s and 90s pop rock. Bring blankets and chairs and pack your picnic. Drinks available for purchase. No pets allowed.

  • The Tri-Span 5K-10K Run/Walk in downtown Wilmington is the oldest race of its kind on the east coast. The 10K course crosses over the Memorial Bridge and across two more bridges before finishing on Water Street. The 5K point-to-point course starts at the Battleship North Carolina and ends downtown.
