A new breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in Wilmington held its grand opening on Monday.

Eggs Up Grill is a traditional all-American brunch spot. They were founded in 1986 in Pawleys Island, SC. In 2005 they began franchising.

According to their website, they are on track to have more than 55 locations open in the U.S. by the end of 2020.

Not one, but two of those 55 locations are in the Cape Fear region.

Their first location in our area opened in Shallotte on January 6th, and the second location obviously being Wilmington which opened January 20th.

The new location in Wilmington is located at 5932-110 Carolina Beach Road.

They describe the restaurant as being “home to the whole neighborhood, serving smiles from sunup to lunch.”

The Eggs Up Grill menu shows they have everything from muffins to pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos, signature omelets, loaded home fry bowls and more.
